  • Social media management is just one part of digital marketing. It focuses specifically on managing your brand’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn - including content creation, scheduling, engagement and analytics.

    Digital marketing, on the other hand, takes a broader approach. It can include email marketing, SEO, blog writing, Google Business optimisation, ad strategy and more - helping you reach your audience across multiple touchpoints with a cohesive strategy. Many of our packages combine both for maximum impact.

  • Our three core packages are designed to suit different stages of business growth - and with over 10 years of expertise, we've been able to refine the perfect combinations of strategy, content, and support to get results. That said, we understand that no two businesses are the same. If a particular package doesn’t feel like the perfect match, we offer optional add-ons and can adjust certain elements to create a more bespoke setup tailored to your goals.

    Please note: our minimum monthly retainer is £795 (inc. VAT), regardless of package customisation.

  • Once your booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and onboarding fee, we’ll send over a checklist, brand questionnaire and shared asset folder. From there, we’ll audit your platforms and build your bespoke social strategy. Only once this has been approved do we begin creating your content and planning your feed - so everything is done intentionally and aligned from day one.

  • Yes - all of our social media/marketing retainers have a 6-month minimum term. We find this is the sweet spot for delivering results, building momentum and forming a strong, long-term partnership.

  • After the initial 6-month term, your contract rolls on monthly. Should you wish to cancel, we require 2 calendar months written notice. This is due to working in advance with our content calendars and planned posts.

  • Yes! You’ll receive a monthly preview of your content in advance, giving you time to review and request amends. We include two rounds of reasonable revisions as part of your package. Once approved, we’ll schedule everything for you.
