  • Website design projects begin from £2,000 + VAT, depending on the scope of your site and any additional functionality required.

    Each project is tailored to your business, ensuring the final result reflects both your brand and your long-term goals.

    To secure your project in our design calendar, a signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required. Once booked, we’ll guide you through a clear onboarding process, gathering everything needed to begin building your site.

    Our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the confirmed project start date, with regular updates and check-ins throughout the process.

  • Once your signed contract and deposit are received, your project will be officially booked into our design calendar.

    We’ll then guide you through the onboarding process, which includes:

    • Completing our website onboarding questionnaire

    • Uploading all relevant brand assets (logos, imagery, fonts etc.)

    • Preparing your website copy, or providing any existing content you'd like us to work from

    Once we have everything we need and your full brief is confirmed, we’ll begin building your new website - keeping you in the loop with progress updates and check-ins at each stage.

01. DISCOVERY & CONSULTATION

We begin with a consultation to understand your business, goals and audience. From here, your proposal and contract are shared, followed by a deposit to secure your project in our calendar.

02. ONBOARDING & PREPARATION

Once your project is confirmed, you’ll receive access to your Client Portal. Here you’ll find your project timeline, onboarding questionnaire, and a dedicated space to upload your brand assets. This step allows us to gather everything we need before design begins, ensuring the process runs smoothly from the start.

03. STRATEGY & STRUCTURE

We map out your website’s framework and flow, ensuring every page feels considered and intuitive. This stage defines your user journey, what they feel, and how your brand communicates across each interaction.

04. DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT


With the structure and strategy in place, we begin the visual design of your website. This is where your brand truly comes to life - through thoughtful layouts, refined typography, colour and imagery that reflect the quality of your work. Once the design is approved, we carefully build the site within Squarespace, ensuring it feels seamless, responsive and polished across every device.

05. REVIEW & REFINE


You’ll then have the opportunity to review your website and provide feedback during two dedicated rounds of refinement. This allows us to make any final adjustments and ensure everything feels exactly right before the site goes live.

06. LAUNCH & SUPPORT

Once approved, your website is ready to launch. We’ll take care of the final setup and ensure everything is running smoothly. After launch, we remain available for two weeks to answer any questions and support you as you begin sharing your new website with the world.

    This structure allows us to progress through the project together while ensuring everything is delivered to the highest standard before launch.
